I feel like this project just started holy..

I don't mind the overall height, but the first two retail floors are a tad large IMO. It is really dwarfing everything around it.

Also, would love to see something like a standalone flagship adidas or nike store here. And would be great if such a store can take two levels like in a lot of urban centres, but I don't think the floors a built to have one tenant on more than one floor.
