Interesting...wexford looked at converting the whole second floor to residential shortly after the project was complete, as they were having trouble finding an office tenant for that space. As I recall, there were a lot of code-related design issues that led to bad suite layouts, accessibility issues, and a host of other problems. I'm interested to see how they've been solved.
