Agreed... it is nice to see the Pedestrian Way (I mean "sidewalk") broken up to reflect the nature of the structures it supports in passing.

Yes, that sidewalk was not in good shape even before construction started. Of course, due the construction, fixing it was delayed and so it deteriorated even more.
It is good to see it has been fixed up now.

Just a quick note that the awning on the East side now says Peak Residences. Probably getting pretty close to completion (although very few floors are lit up in the late afternoon when it is dark outside, so difficult to tell how much activity is ongoing indoors).

It’s also just a sloppy pairing of fonts. No graphic designer would like this haha.

That sign looks wonky. I'm just glad more people will be living in the core. 288 units is great.
