I would not love living without a fresh source of air, but as long as they HVAC is good it kinda does not matter at height.

At least they won't have idiots leaving windows and patio doors open at -35C leading to the addition of interior waterfalls.

Looks like it's starting to fill up. Taken November 22. Sorry for the poor quality; there was a double-layer temporary fence and I could only manage to hide one of those layers.

Yeah walking by this one, it seems like this is popular with students too, probably with the competitive pricing, and I've seen multiple instances of people moving in too. Seems like all the recent new rentals downtown are chugging along nicely.

Any word on CRU interest for this one?
