I understand why the building has no balconies, but to not replace some windows with ones that open? That’s just wild. No thanks.

I would not love living without a fresh source of air, but as long as they HVAC is good it kinda does not matter at height.
At least they won't have idiots leaving windows and patio doors open at -35C leading to the addition of interior waterfalls.

Does anyone know if this has gotten occupancy yet? I've been in the building, and it was extremely close back in early summer, but I haven't heard anything since.
