Edmonton music concerts

Did anyone go to the Bruce Springsteen concert last night?
Yup. My wife is a fan. I like some of his stuff. Have to say it was probably the best concert I've seen in sometime. And I hate big venue concerts. Just over 3 hours balls to the walls music. He had the crowd right from the first note. Still yawning at my desk today. didn't get home until midnight. I also loved that the pedways were still open late. Made for a warm walk back to the car. As for tickets my wife picked them up on Sat. barrier free seating at a relatively affordable price. Could not believe people were paying over 1000.00 or more for one seat.

gob was good. PUP not so much.... but SUM41 killed it. I WANT MORE! I WANT MORE!

The appreciative consummate frontman Deryck Whibley was fantastic in his ability to captivate, entice, tame and excite.

Loved how they left the stage after the encore for some time, with about 50% of the stadium gone and then returned to do a solo and then group goodnight and goodbye song.

That was an incredible show. Looked to be close to a sell-out too.

Not that it really matters, but I'd guess 18500 were there, but includes floor as there were empty seats, boxes, and loge was basically closed (odd).

Regardless, Downtown felt busy and alive pre/post!
