If Westrich is willing to put up some of the cost to do so, I'm sure the city and Epcor would consider it. OtherwiseJust need to get those lines buried on the left to really get things going.

So, the left edge of the building is where a house that I lived in stood. It changed hands to Westrich-Pacific in 2018 and was demolished in late October of that year after I moved out of it, and that was not the beginning of the project by a long shot.
Guessing the 100 ave power line burial is happening soon? Lots of EPCOR guys floating around
