I just know that cutover isn't minor work, as I was involved with installing alot of that brand new fiber around 4-5 years ago.

So, the left edge of the building is where a house that I lived in stood. It changed hands to Westrich-Pacific in 2018 and was demolished in late October of that year after I moved out of it, and that was not the beginning of the project by a long shot.

Just pointing this out because it's very easy not to appreciate the time that goes into even building a "simple" 5 over 1.
