In reality, I'm quite happy this ended up 6 storeys in this location.

Density will help, no matter if it's six stories or 60 stories.

I feel a healthy mix of different sizes is a feel good overall. We don't need everything to be overwhelming tall towers. Save those for the locations were that makes more sense: with good views, close to amenities or LRT.
