They took this to Calgary and are building it there. It’s dead for Edmonton.

A mid-rise hotel is sorely needed, and this space is perfect for it. This is a prominent corner on 124 St, it's almost next door to Three Vikings, it's across the street from the Roxy, and it's just a couple of blocks away from Manchester Square.
