I believe people will start to move in sometime in March.

I find that hard to believe. My best guess would be sometime in May or something, unless you have heard it directly (then I take back my comment).
I've been waiting for contact from them regarding their lease rates and still have heard absolutely nothing.

1 BED base rent is $1,475 which includes heating and air conditioning. I will be able to provide accurate quotes, incentives, and floor plans closer to soft launch date of January 27th (this got pushed back to Feb. 15)

I wish! But just assuming that "One" is YEG based and they just finished up this building. One could surmise that construction would be starting soon'ish on another local project. Except the only other one on their site shows the "Paramount."

That's not a terrible base rent for a brand new build in that core location.

It looks like the colourful LED lighting features have been installed on the podium as well as exterior speakers. Hopefully we will see them turned on soon.

The 2 and 3 beds are pricey but bigger than other new builds. From the site I got sent for early tours 2 beds are 2000-2600 and 3 beds are 3500-4000

Only half the lights were actually working yesterday. Today, it seems like they’re all working perfectly. I love the way the lighting feature looks and can’t wait to see the LEDs on the podium. This area is happening

I saw these lights Monday night while driving north on the Whitemud just south of the Quesnell. They looked great.

Love it. I would love for a couple more prominent towers downtown to have more "full length" fins to bring some colour to the City. Doesn't even need to be all the way across, some corner fins would be excellent.
