Something worthy from this Wallman spandrel beast
CRUs are only good if they can be filled. I'd rather have a residential lobby and ground-floor residential units than empty CRUs.8000+ sq/ft for retail. It would be nice if a number of CRU's will be created.
Last I heard, yes, they were taking space (2nd floor office?)
Very curious to see if “One Properties” has another residential project in YEG coming up soon?
