^^^^ re the Paramount -- It would be really cool if the developers could include a performance theatre in the podium and thereby transfer everything that is relevant in the Paramount to its replacement including Marquee signage -- an elegant dinner theatre would work in a refurbished downtown that measures an increased population and, if the technology appurtenances were attended to, it could also host all manner of live audience events -- bold thinking = bold solutions = bold City.
