Looks like the elevator shaft is pretty much at grade.

It will be great to see the crane poking above the 'Uptown' skyline when the rest of the structure eventually climbs above grade as well. With CNIB and Glenora Park, that would be two active cranes in the area. Hoping some of the proposals around there lead to more!

Until I saw this photo, I didn't realize how close the CNIB building was to the Pearl (literally Kitty-corner). 124 and Jasper is going to be a magnificent node in a couple of years! We should look for a better name than CNIB -- a lollipop to the person with the best suggestion!

I went by the other day and noticed that it was basically at grade.

Rumour has it that this will be the base for a clone to go on the Remedy/Paramount site (when the market conditions improve).
