Forum header reads "106m | 32s". I see they have added a floor from the updated permit that Daveography posted. I wonder of this increased the height 3 meters or more?

@EdmTrekker I believe the DP includes the mechanical penthouse level, whereas SRC/UT standards typically measures occupiable floors only.

Definitely not. I guess I'm just apprehensive about construction along Jasper Avenue these days, thanks to Emerald. I'm hopeful this will be a beauty when finished.

Stranger things have happened, but there would have to be something catastrophic (worse than say, a worldwide pandemic) for One to abandon this project at this point.
