This would be great for city centre mall. I'm curious how they are doing in terms of memberships though.

So if you are in your 30's it is a $1000 membership + $1600 annually + $500 annual minimum spend....
All to get access to a restaurant (that may or may not be good) and some boardrooms.
I'm not sure who exactly is the market is here, but perhaps someone can provide some insight?

I think the bees are relocating ... but surely there is some way for the City Centre marketing people to capitalize on this news. "Come to City Centre, we're buzzier than ever?"I wonder if a beehive will be built next to the mall.

If there was a cowork component to Edmonton City Club to it as well which is often a minimum of $400/mo at places like Regus and Sparrow for shared spaces, $1600 annually on top of a one time $1000 membership is a steal. But judging by the number of desks they're providing, it's either not going to be encouraged or it'll come at an additional cost.

You can shoot a cannonball down 102ave and the only thing you might hit is blowing garbage. This area is beyond pathetic, which is par for much of downtown right now.

We need the LRT open asap. That alone will add thousands of pedestrians at each stop, over the course of a day.

Old bus shelters, no longer required. Also temporary streetscaping. Bring on the LRT!
