And people aren’t paying out of pocket probably. Likely a business expenses for 95%.
 
If there was a cowork component to Edmonton City Club to it as well which is often a minimum of $400/mo at places like Regus and Sparrow for shared spaces, $1600 annually on top of a one time $1000 membership is a steal. But judging by the number of desks they're providing, it's either not going to be encouraged or it'll come at an additional cost.
