Overall a positive development, but breaking up the podium level and having the building address the street with townhouse style units would have done wonders for this building. Not sure why Edmonton developers have such an aversion to have street accessed units even on the ground floor (yes, I see those tiny staircases, but that hardly counts). Or even just some simple landscaping/slightly larger patios on the ground unit.
Eg. Even though there are cheap buildings, a little extra effort on the ground level can really improve the streetscape:

Exactly. Much better ground level treatment, even if they didn't want to use the brick.

Seems like this map pin is in the wrong spot, I believe it should be to the northeast of the development, not on the commercial hub.

From their marketing gallery. Can't help but notice how much of a waste of space this seems for like 17 parking stalls, seems super inefficient. Would have been much better to use this as an outdoor amenity space for residents:

It’s probably more about the traffic loop for drop offs, deliveries, Ubers. Etc.
