How does this compare to stick builds? Basement to this in 5 months is astonishingly quick.

I’ve been wondering the same as far as cost, quality and speed of construction. Been keeping a keen eye on the Oliver Crossing project to see how long till interior fit out is done as the actual structure minus exterior fit and finish has been completed for a good solid 2-3 months now.

So it looks like the building that’s under construction right now is only phase 1! Phase 2 which will include another u-shaped building, which will start construction in 2023 and be ready for occupancy in 2024, as per Procura. Very exciting for Century Park!
