It has only taken 15 years but we are finally there - the 'development' part of the Transit-Oriented Development is finally humming along.

In theory, one could surmise that TOD’s in this city would take off like hot cakes. Maybe we’ll see some activity at the other sites soon’ish. If Regency was smart they’d go hardcore on their Holy Rood site and build and build, rathe then wait to get renters in their first building before commencing on the others………

So it looks like the building that’s under construction right now is only phase 1! Phase 2 which will include another u-shaped building, which will start construction in 2023 and be ready for occupancy in 2024, as per Procura. Very exciting for Century Park!

How does this compare to stick builds? Basement to this in 5 months is astonishingly quick.

Was nearby last night and it was pretty impressive looking at it from La Louvres.
