^ What's the building attached to the left? Is that heritage or an add-on?

@cpnfantstk Neither. It's a standalone building built in the 1950s. For sale, but owner is asking way too much for it, if I remember what I heard correctly.

Yes, and pretty soon the tax bill over the years is going to exceed the value of the property. The owner either has a ton of write-off potential overall and doesn't care if the building sells or not or has greedsapiens for his middle name (it might be both).
