It sounds like Mutti are almost sold out of their first group of townhouses and already have a few presales down on the Modern Farmhouse design that was posted above. Great momentum!

Only wish the EJ article focused on a different homeowner for their story. I have to roll my eyes a bit because they conveniently forgot to mention that Sam Ireland is the selling realtor for not just Mutti's Blatchford townhouses, but their housing projects all around the region. Can't blame the guy for using any opportunity to help sell the project, but I would hardly call him a buyer without some bias.

Interesting to see some comment on the Encore Properties. A couple of these should be ready for occupancy this week. some also have basement suites.

^^I drove by there recently to take a look, and it looked like quite a few units have had people already moved into them (with one moving in while I was there). If that's the case, it definitely would have been better to use one of the other first residents
