I do believe that is slated for the Holiday Inn Express. There's at least 1 empty CRU.

Very average photo. But it was awesome to see all the activity downtown tonight for the game. Hopefully the playoffs are long, the weather stays warm, and we can gain some momentum here heading into spring! I can’t help but imagine there could be many who are new to our city coming DT for the first time during these playoffs.

Maybe the SE corner of 104 Street and 103 Ave? Has main and basement floor like the drawings. Terrace space would make sense given current raised loading dock there? Window count/orientation seems to align along the left side of the building too.

What are we talking about here? Westrich is planning on building a "Farmers Market" within their Newly proposed "Ice Tower #1? The tower you said that has a US client leasing ALL the available retail space?
