Are you talking about retail at grade or the building in general? There have been a few office deals done and another sizeable one coming soon.

Sorry, the 90% is company wide, just posted to highlight that Edmonton was mentioned in potential dispositions in year-end results. Boardwalk/Revillion may be for sale. Definitely no where near leased up at a building levelWell they are going to have quite a spring through winter of 2025 to reach that 90% goal with this one, but I suppose now that the disruption from construction is over they can focus on that.
I wonder if they may hold off on selling until this is filled more. It seems to me a more occupied building would get a better price.
103st needs a rebuild. Hopefully it’s next after 106No trees or anything on that side of 103 St or that stretch of 102 Ave is very meh. With the bicycle lanes there it feels like they could have pushed the sidewalks out further. The pedestrian experience is kinda shit for a boardwalk meant for pedestrians.
102 ave cant have trees, there is no space underground (main for utilities) [with LRT]*No trees or anything on that side of 103 St or that stretch of 102 Ave is very meh. Then they've gotta get a little creative. Planters with flowers and lampposts with green baskets and maybe some strung lighting overhead would do wonders where trees are not possible.102 ave cant have trees, there is no space underground (main for utilities) [with LRT]*
