Interesting, if tied to her law firm Purser Law, currently a 3 lawyer team in Ritchie Mill so can't imagine it would be meaningful leasing space in Boardwalk/Revillion

Wonder if we finally see some more leasing activity here. So far Revillion is just BCG on 2nd floor and 10310 (Sabor side) has Alberta Land Surveyors taking #205.

Allied’s specific operating goals for year-end 2025 are as follows:
(i) to have reached occupied and leased area of at least 90%;
(ii) to have sold lower-yielding, non-core properties, primarily in Montréal, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, for at least $300 million and at or above IFRS value, with allocation of proceeds to debt repayment;

Boardwalk/Revillion is Allied's only property in Edmonton, and they just disposed of only Ottawa building in late 2024, so wonder if goes for sale soon

Well they are going to have quite a spring through winter of 2025 to reach that 90% goal with this one, but I suppose now that the disruption from construction is over they can focus on that.

I wonder if they may hold off on selling until this is filled more. It seems to me a more occupied building would get a better price.

Sorry, the 90% is company wide, just posted to highlight that Edmonton was mentioned in potential dispositions in year-end results. Boardwalk/Revillion may be for sale. Definitely no where near leased up at a building level
