I've always wanted the Boardwalk to have an atrium that is similar to Market Square in Victoria

find it odd that the left hand mullion (?) edge (?) is thinner that the right hand side. You can't not see it now can you?

^Ya, cause one is an outside wall and one isn't. Hard to plan for that sometimes.

so you're saying that it's a purely engineering decision and not an aesthetic/design one?

It looks like an optical allusion from the distance taken and sun /shadow affect...

Look at the horizontal members where you clearly see dark shadows vs where light penetrated. It gets super thin where light luminates the most onto the mullion.

Any idea when this revitalization will finish up? Mack Male appears to be right when he said in his tweet that this project is never-ending. And I suspect this is holding up construction of the Valley Line West LRT.

There are many "never-ending" projects in Edmonton at the present time -- supply chain disruptions are being felt across the board -- I am experiencing them directly on projects with which I am involved.

Hopefully they can finish up the outside and move strictly towards the inside. But seems like not much progress has been made on outside from the photos in that tweet….
