When this space was previously renovated years ago, I liked the collection of small stores and shops on the main floor.
While unfortunately that did not last, I think the space still lends itself to a market approach with a variety of local craft and other small unique stores.
With the renovation and more development of some of the area nearby, it may work even better for at least some of the space.

I believe that ground-floor tenant space will show new demand in relation to proximity to the ICE District over time -- patience is needed.

Apparently the DT farmers market will be moving due to the cost of rent in their current space. I doubt this particular building would work, but there should be some interesting possibilities out there in terms of a new location.

I don't know if this fits with the ideas the current owners have for the space, but if done well maybe this would be a good thing.

At lunch today. Scaffolding being installed.
I hope the scaffolding gets moved over to the the Revillion to deal with the peeling paint once they are done whatever it is they are going to do on the Boardwalk side.
