    This is exactly what happened, Mutti was removed due to poor build quality, and lackluster warranty support. Another poster mentioned a lawsuit, it's a class action against Mutti from current buyers with significant issues.

    My quick count is 133 units in that photo, plus there are at least 6 more u/c that have started just since this photograph. Add to that basement suites which are a lot harder to tell exist just walking around the neighbourhood and I would guess the number is over 150 units at this point

    ^ It's worse IMO. "Not enough consultation" is just shorthand for "I didn't get my way, and I am not use to that so it makes me upset". Even labeling the changes as radical is unnecessary hysterics. If anything the mid-century changes were radical, and this is a reversion to the historic norms...

    The Malmo project seems to be dead. All of their signage was removed, the website goes nowhere, and the presentation office got moved out without ever actually opening.

    When this project was staffing up I applied to work as a concrete engineer. At the time I wasn't happy that I didn't even get an interview, but hoo boy am I glad I dodged that bullet.

    Damn I wish I had known about Bike Edmonton selling lights! The ride between Tawatinâ and the funicular was much darker than I expected given it was pretty busy.

    For #1, manpower will likely not be the limiting factor, rather the cure time for whatever repairs are needed, assuming they are structural. and not aesthetic issues. My wife and I did 3/4 days of folk fest as park and ride, and each day on the bus in we saw the train parked at Muttart station...
