Makes sense considering current interest rates and whatnot. I could see this being a full build out over 5 years.

Many people on this forum are very involved in construction. Quick question. How is 26million a remotely realistic number for one pedway? Multi unit buildings with underground parking are done for less…and this is a…hallway.

Yeah it's a pretty mind boggling number when you consider it's going to be what, 250m in length?

That said, underground tunneling on this sort of scope through a builtform downtown is extremely expensive, and when the client is the same one who is about to pay $6m for a new Harbin gate, this $26m price tag almost sounds like almost a bargain.
