The eastern crane is up at Station Lands! This marks the beginning of the parkade expansion. The crane is a Peiner SK315 Tower Crane, standing 178ft tall, with a 60m working radius!

Look at all that prime land begging for a terminus train station servicing commuter, regional, and intercity routes!

The parkade (that appears to be the CN tower parkade) but probably isn’t…..is that a portion of the Epcor parkade? The one on the south side facing the “taller” tower construction site. Is that why I can’t get a parking pass at Epcor to the Oil fake on Wed? We love parking at Epcor on fake nights….grab a quick bite at Buco and a relatively egress after the game

all of the concrete structure you are seeing is epcor's parkade. the portion closed to the right (behind the block infill) is what is accessible from inside the public areas of the parkade. the top of the "open" portion in the centre is the access to epcor's loading dock and will receive a new "lid" at grade. the spaces below that were constructed with the original parkade but were both closed in (now reopened) and isolated as they were "unoccupiable" due to exiting limitations until the main parkade expanded eastward. the cn tower parkade is all in their above grade podium behind the white block infill and screens. the only space cn tower has below grade is a single basement level that used to provide ticketing and access to the tunnels providing access to the track platforms.

Did we ever find out for certain if this was just one tower or both under active construction?
