This BP is actually for a different site on the next block at 93A ave and appears to be only 4 storeys and 42 units. The Valley West site is between 92 ave and 92A ave. Nice to see more TOD on this strip!

Correct. Green is this BP. Blue is the valley west site. It won’t start till 49 west is finished.
