Selling plots as a 99 year lease instead of actually owning the title is an interesting choice. Probably nothing to be concerned about as a buyer now, but those buying closer to the end of the lease might have some reservations (but that's a problem for long in the future).

No big deal. For all intents and purposes it is a non-issue.

It's how UBC structured their properties trust.
 
Wait they are demolishing Vanier House
If so it would be epic if they imploded it
UPDATE: Checked pictometry and as of may 2022 nearly the ENITRE site other than Vanier House has now Faced the Wrecking ball :)

It would also seem that the main level of CAB (where the two Tim Hortons are) is undergoing renovations over the summer. Can't find any plans or further info online though.
Is it just look like new flooring, etc... to go along with other previous reno's or are they moving things around in there?

Not too sure... they pretty much had hoarding up blocking off the whole main floor (you could not walk through to Chem, I believe) when I was last there in July. Could possibly be done now, just haven't had a chance to check.
