December 2nd, late afternoon stroll down the Armature (96 Street) in The Quarters.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Nicely captured @Kaizen --neighbourhood crying for attention. Once Alldritt's dig begins, I am sure things will start to pop and sizzle here.

From Saturday. The weekends should help the Armature pick up steam me thinks. As will the various other additions happening soon. Could it be true? ?

@bodsbods9090 This area is prime for the making, and its happening. Still holding my breath on a potential big project, or two. Though every development from; the Ociciwan and Quarters Arts, Farmers Market, Brighton Block , new management for the hotel formally known as the Hyatt Place, the park going in along the Armature, Crashed Ice occasionally, the Hat, the Hat 2, 3, 4, the LRT, etc, are going to be making a palpable impact. A few blocks developed with low to mid rise with retail and grocery offerings are really needed to make the Quarters a neighborhood again. What am I missing here anyone. Is the Quarters a thing yet ?

I had a buddy's group take a run at it about 5yrs ago, but they could not make the numbers work, were perturbed by the lack of other investment in the area and walkabouts with investors were not particularly well received sadly.
