I wonder what the lease rates look like. Considering it's proximity to the Park and Norquest, it would make a good spot for another restaurant in the area. Considering what the building used to be, a great name would be the Creamery

In this case, it's not going to hurt much in the area to build something new on that lot.

Interesting how this shows the building has surpassed the nearby office buildings, which of course were limited by the old airport height restriction in effect when they were built.
