I don't know if it has to be one or the other, but if so, I think this project is probably a better one than the Edmonton Motors one, for a number of reasons. It is a better location with proximity to the LRT.

Exciting times: so we have the Cidex 122 - about to commence. Open Sky 121 - about to commence. Falcon 1 - about to commence. Parks 1 - about to commence. Cidex 82 ave - about to commence? All we need is the Edmonton Motors 1 lot fenced and I’ll be happy with this years construction starts. Maybe throw in an expected Westrich Hudson or another “Grandin City” phase?
