Thought this was interesting: found these comments on a thread on Reddit indicating the St. Albert Hat project will have 3 buildings. Seems like this midrise will still be accompanied by the two towers we heard about?

Hey @MacLac, just a little nitpick here. But whenever you post a picture or screenshot, can you use the resizing tool to shrink it down a bit? the images (and text) look better for users not using mobile

This project is off Giroux by the Shell, but yes, these areas are going nuts right now.
