^ that's pretty modest by historical standards... 2.5% per year compounded! Edmonton Metro should easily see 2 million by 2035. As a reference point, Montreal had a population of 2.5 Million (metro) when it hosted the World's Fair in 1967; Edmonton should achieve that standard by the year 2040 -- BIG City time!

Interesting, I didn't hear they sold Sherwood Park Mall.

Primaris does have a habit of investing in their properties. St Albert Centre had a lot of money duped into it after they bought it.
