Proof that sometimes even small changes make a difference. Looking at the NE corner here and just by not seeing it as a parking lot, plus the sidewalks being in better shape and all... It's a shame google didn't drive through one of the busier days with all of the food trucks there.
Also impressive how much the new Roxy building stands out and makes the area feel a lot better!
