Yes, bigger projects, bigger problems. Particularly this one. When I went there recently as a visitor I didn't really notice this incomplete building amongst all their new other shiny towers, but it must be a great frustration for people there locally.
I suppose this is also a story of how unaffordability distorts construction and instead of focusing on places suitable for people living in, it instead becomes building tiny boxes marketed towards investors that are not well suited for long term residents. I also hope we can pay attention to and learn from their mistakes, rather than repeat them.
