Don't think we'll see anything go there anytime soon, full listing says there is estimated to be remediation required that exceeds the assessed value of the site, albeit I am not sure if that clause is included solely to eliminate any potential liability.

Ideally IOL just completes all required environmental remediation and donates it to the City to remain as a green space/green privacy barrier.
 
They have done remediation on that property at least twice. The last was a full removal. I suspect the old tanks leaked more than realized. Hell that was an old station when I was young.
