@westcoastjos What I heard about was a complete rethink of the basement retail. Not sure if any other exterior work is planned but I don't think so at this point.

I know they were openly interested in hosting the terminus for the gondola if it goes ahead. Working in ATB, I wouldn't mind a new food court.

Fun fact, I used to live in the apartment building right next door. Bad management at the time, but was otherwise a fun neighbourhood to live in, right close to downtown.
