Sleek looking whatever those are for sure. 109 should not be first candidate for bike lane conversion. It is one of few roads that move cars N/S well downtown.
100%. But there should be a nicer way to cross McEwan on the 110st bike lane at 104 ave. North/south connections to downtown are really lacking.As A rider adding a bike lane to 109 should be a non-starter since there is a very good path a few hundred meters to the west.

104 St. between Whyte Ave and Sask Drive is planned for rehabilitation.
