Quite a lot going up now in the area. Actually looks good. And looks like a huge population increase for that area.

Here is what has been leased so far in the commercial section of the Michener Park Development on 122 street. Unfortunately, it’s mostly fast food—nothing particularly exciting at this point.

This is 90% of new strip malls these days. These exact tenants.

Is Roma moving from the 40th ave strip mall to here? Must be, The current location the parking is super tight but I’d imagine rents are cheap.

I talked to the owner and he said that his brother is opening a new location in the Michener Development.
