I feel a similar way about comparing Michener to University District. If the comparison you’re drawing is mostly based in how they’re both being led by their respective universities, I might understand. But if you’re comparing the developments outright, that doesn’t make sense in my opinion. If the U of C had a development in Dalhousie, or if the U of A were developing TOD at South Campus, I think that would be a much fairer comparisonThey could not be more stark examples.

For some reason these are giving me Soviet housing vibes. The parking lots also don't help...The PK site now has a crane. With another at Abbey Homes and the two at Edgeway, that makes 4 for Malmo. Both sites are rising up. Didn't take a pic of the commercial spots but it looks close to them paving.
