This could have been so much better if they'd just put all the parking (minus handicap stalls) underground and added some nice landscaping. Still not great, but better.

Its nice the parking is not infront, but with some changes they could have had a really nice court yard area in the back which would probably appeal to people wanting to live there who don't want a view of a parking lot.

Imagine if even the tiniest amount of outdoor space was for people and not cars. Legacy and Cadence in Griesbach have outdoor pools, basketball courts, and places for people to be, and they're being used all the time, weather permitting. It's great to see.
