High Pointe Claireview

Accidentally found this on Baydo's website. They're a developer from Saskatoon. I was initially curious with the tower they're building in Saskatoon and ended up finding they're building here as well.

Just like their tower in Saskatoon, they use super tiny windows....

So this entire site is a mixed bag of 2 developments: High Pointe developments >> X 2 buildings. Baydo crap>> X 2 crappy buildings.

High Pointe Clairview Apartments (Building A & B)

The project will see the construction of two new six-storey apartment buildings known as High Pointe Clairview. Building A will feature 101 units, while building B will feature 114 units. Building permit were issued by the City of Edmonton in July 2024.

Baydo Pointe Apartment Complex

Construction of three low rise apartment buildings over an underground parkade. Building one will feature 118 units, and a building permit was issued by the City of Edmonton in December 2024.

the place is looking good now. One of the buildings is already grabbing applications for rent and I'm (positively) surprised with their price.
