HLB is the second most important historical structure in Edmonton after the Legislature. I will only accept a new bridge if the HLB is retained, even if for non-transportation purposes.
Whatever the cost is now, does any one really believe the price will be lower in the future? I doubt it.At this point, do we look at building a new bridge if it's over $1 Billion now?
Build new bridge and keep the old one with a year round tram service pls
