Disposable income? I feel like westmount/glenora being right there is pretty helpful. But maybe that’s a classic parking problem for those while only like to drive?

And Oliver as a whole isn’t as high income, but thousands of people there are making over 6 figures based on the census.
Even if you look just a bit north, Inglewood is seeing a fair amount of high-value infill, too.

Went out to an old school restaurant Saturday night. Normands on Jasper. Have to say the old stalwarts are pretty good. 4 of us dinner drinks and all was $300. not bad. Steaks were perfect. Yah there is the older crowd in early but our 60ish group were late dinners and as we left at 9:30 the place was still hoping, as a younger crowd came in about 8:30. For pure traditional dining this was a good evening. Just wished it was more accessible. Wheelchair took a bit of bumping to get through the doors.

Louisiana Purchase Is not closed. Article saying the quietly closed in the last few weeks. The St Albert trail location was dark last night.
