Undercapitalized and/or could not secure financing. It's that easy.If the piles aren't placed then the setback can be modified but how in the hell does a developer default during the excavation stage of a project?

Excavation was complete when Pagaro took over.If the piles aren't placed then the setback can be modified but how in the hell does a developer default during the excavation stage of a project?
And I look forward to seeing you're next building where you've built way in from the property line and the most beautifully landscaped lot.Defend Pagaro all you want but regardless of whose fault it is, the fact is that the landscaping on that project is sub-standard.
The are plenty of developments that are socially responsible that include some public space and if I was a developer I'd have some respect for the neighborhood even if I made a little less money. And I look forward to seeing you're next building where you've built way in from the property line and the most beautifully landscaped lot.

I don't mind this building but why oh why did they use black for those roof leaders? Should have colour matched the off-white colour so they don't 'stick out. Cost difference zero.

Or it could be lackluster trades that were hired, goes both ways.
