wow, with thus building and the other one to the north the density in this area is gonna grow significantly. On a side note, foes anyone know what may be built on the now empty corner accross from this building?

There was a proposal and rezoning for a 6-storey, there was a render floating around here but I can't find it. Don't think there's a thread for that site, it was probably in miscellaneous.

Hard to tell from the rendering, but it looks like they could have a corner convertible space that could be retail.

I asked @Marcolangzi a few months ago about this project on a different thread and he said, “…….that his company is no longer involved with this project and that their job was done……” To infer that it’s up to the owner’s now and he no longer knows about the future of it
