Well I'd say that covers the West side of 114 real good. This plus the 2 X Metro 78's. Now if only the lot kitty corner to this one plus the long since demo'd lot on 82 could see some love.....

Westrich advertises completed developments on their sites that are under construction. They have a sign for the View on their 100 ave lowrise project.

Excavation is underway, and shoring has started!
The shoring seems a bit premature though since they still have a 20' mountain of soil onsite. I wonder if something went wrong with their dump trucks?
