The former Misericordia hospital site right in the middle of this area would also be great for redevelopment, especially if they integrate the historic brick building on the south end of the lot.

From this view, it looks like some of the L.A, structures after a major earthquake. I know that the white cladding elements are not columns but they "hint" at being so and it is disconcerting to see them out of alignment -- poor choice of design implementation!

It most certainly does, but it hurts my eyes to look at it for more than a second akin to a sign lit in blue.
